Our hiring wizard takes you through a step-by-step process in preparing you or your hiring team for interviewing candidates.  During the process you will be asked to make decisions about skills, character traits and spiritual gifts required or desired for the position.  For each character trait you select, our hiring wizard will help you choose interviewing questions to help you determine whether a given candidate possesses that trait.  Our built-in interview questions include ice-breakers, favorite questions, and questions to ask references.
