The Rohawk Vision

There is a critical shortage of tools to help today’s Christian leaders provide dynamic leadership for their churches.  Existing tools are geared toward administrators rather than leaders, and those entrusted with God’s vision for their church are often unsure how to translate that vision into describable, measurable steps to make that vision a reality.  This can lead to staff frustration, pastor burn-out, and stagnant or declining membership. 

 We will create software which will help church leaders realize God’s vision for their churches.  Our software will educate leaders naturally as it replaces the ubiquitous management paradigm with an innovative leadership paradigm.  Visions will yield goals, goals will yield plans, and plans will be measurable.  Armed with a more tangible direction, pastors will be more effective in raising up and investing in other leaders.  As a direct result of Rohawk software, pastor burnout will decrease.  We will hear testimonies from declining churches experiencing new growth, stagnant churches becoming revitalized and growing churches becoming more effective.

We will provide business versions of our software, and use the profits to help keep the price of our Christian offerings low.  We will offer versions of our software to Christian individuals, to help them be more purposeful in their lives, and thus be more effective in leading others to Christ.

We will give 50% our net profits to Christian churches.  We humbly acknowledge that none of these things will come to fruition unless God blesses Rohawk.  We believe we have been called to develop this software at this time and in this place, and are excited to see how God uses us.
